La Poda Godello White wine

The Godello Pruning is the recognition of the newcomer to the contemporary scene. Made with 100% Godello, on the slopes of the Sil River, at a high altitude and aged on its own lees.

View: Bright yellow. Nose: Notes of fruit and white flowers. Hints of chamomile and hay. Mouth: Delicate and silky mouthfeel. Very friendly, with good balance between fruit and acidity.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is a very versatile wine to pair with countless dishes, both hot and cold. Ideal with appetizers and canapés. With seafood, smoked fish, not very spicy foods, chicken and soft cheeses; as well as with rice, pasta and legumes.
