Avancia Cuvee de O Godello White wine

Cuvee de O Godello expresses the freshest expression of Valdeorras unique slate soils and Godello indigenous clones. The aging of the surface and the large-format barrel fermentation used give the Cuvée de O a weight and complexity that distinguishes it from other young Godellos. Voted the best young white in Valdeorras by the DO Tasting Board in 2014.

Aging: Eight months in the fermentation container (20% French oak, 80% stainless steel) with battonage.

Bright straw color. Fresh aromas, fresh fruit, white flowers, expressive. Taste flavourful, fruity, good acidity, balanced.

Seafood fish.
