Quinta do Sil is the result of a dream, to be able to elaborate in this area of great white wines, complex, aromatic and with a lot of personality.
It is the culmination of a desire after a long relationship as an amateur of the godello variety, expressive and delicate.
Destemming of the bunches, followed by a short maceration (> 4 hours) of the berries. Static decantation of the wort with light and very slow pressing in preparation for prolonged fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Closure: Natural cork.
Lemon yellow, clean and bright. On the nose it is eloquent, yellow fruits, ripe cantaloupe melon, papaya and herbs such as chamomile.
In the mouth it is sweet, intense, very voluminous, of medium persistence and slightly bitter end.
