La Mujer Cañon Red wine
La Mujer Cañon is a wine with a designation of origin Vinos de Madrid, made from Grenache between 60 and 70 years of age, from a plot of 0.64 hectares, located 900 meters above sea level on granite-sandy soils, in the town of Cadalso de los Vidrios.
The grapes were destemmed and subsequently macerated in the cold. The must was fermented at a controlled temperature and aged in 500 L French oak barrels. Amazing wine from old Grenache vines in the Sierra de Gredos. Complex, deep and balanced.
Cherry red with some tile reflection. Violet trim. Very aromatic and complex nose. Ripe red fruit, balsamic, cinnamon, smoke, cocoa and mild spices that help to unite the entire aromatic ensemble. Very fine on the palate, good body, correct acidity. Powerful tannins that promise a great journey. Red fruit, mineral souvenirs, spices, balsamics. Long and persistent finish.
