Manual harvest during the second week of October.
Elaboration: Fermentation at less than 25ºC in concrete tanks of 15,000 kilos, maceration for 17 days.
Crianza 10 months in new French oak barrels.
Visual: Ripe cherry red, edging of evolution.
Nose: Toasted aromas, cocoa and berries.
Mouth: Kind and mature tannins, which denote the low yield of this old vineyard providing a full and tasty mouth.
Complex salads, sheep's cheeses, white meats with sauce, roast lamb, sausages, risottos, roasts, meat rices.
