Imperial Red wine
Imperial Reserva is a selection of the best grapes harvested by hand in the Rioja Alta vineyards. After fermentation, the wine is kept in the vats for a few more days, extending the maceration process until the desired colour and structure are obtained. The subsequent fermentation, i.e. the transition from malic acid to lactic acid, is carried out in barrels, producing a refining of the wine, leaving it in its adequate acidity. This wine has been aged in French and American oak barrels before being clarified in the traditional
and
bottled way. Once in the bottle, it rests in our cellars under suitable humidity and temperature conditions, completing its aging until the optimal moment of consumption.
Intense garnet color with cherry hues. Great aromatic complexity with perfect balance between varietal aromas such as candied fruit, liquorice and those from its stay in barrels, coffees, roasts, cocoas and soft balsamic notes. On the palate it presents a round and pleasant tannin, causing a broad aftertaste with fruity notes. It is an extremely elegant wine with its own personality
Suitable to pair with game, grill, meats, cured cheese..
