Imperial Magnum Red wine
Selection of the best grapes harvested manually in our Rioja Alta payments. After fermentation, the wine is kept in the vats for a few more days, lengthening the maceration process until the desired color and structure is obtained. The subsequent fermentation, that is, the passage from malic to lactic acid, is carried out in barrels producing a refinement of the wine leaving it in its adequate acidity. This wine has been aged in French and American oak barrels before being traditionally clarified and bottled. Once in the bottle, it rests in our drafts under adequate humidity and temperature conditions, completing its aging until the optimal moment of consumption.
Intense maroon color with cherry cherry nuances. Great aromatic complexity with perfect balance between varietal aromas such as candied fruit, licorice and those from its stay in barrels, coffees, roasts, cocoas and soft balsamic notes. In the mouth it presents a round and friendly tannin causing a wide aftertaste with fruity notes. It is an extremely elegant wine with its own personality
Suitable for pairing with game, grill, meats, cured cheese.
