Hoya de Cadenas Red wine

The vinification takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control to 25ºc. Breeding occurs in American oak barrels for 12 months. Later wine is refined in bottle for at least a year up to the roundness and complexity characteristics of our reserves.

Clean appearance and intensity is deep with dyes rojo-bermellon. In the nose it is clear complex aromas of ripe fruit and vanilla. The successful blend of Tempranillo with generosity and roundness of the Garnacha, resulting in a smooth and velvety, wine with an elegant and spicy finish.

Recommended for traditional kitchens, sausages, meats and cured cheeses.
