Finca Moncloa Red wine
The micro-vinificacion is the main guide which is located behind the elaboration of wines from Finca Moncloa , whose authenticity lies in its reflection of its terroir and grape varieties. The harvest was carried out manually, with the selection in the own vineyard. After malolactic fermentation, ageing of each of the varieties in new French and American oak barrels, as well as second use, was held for more than 12 months. After aging in barrels, the blend is performed.
Finca Moncloa 2012 is a wine of medium high intensity, with cherry shade pillory and persistent tear. Offers an intense aroma of ripe red and black fruit (BlackBerry, black currant and prunes), with
notes mineral, spicy (pepper, clove, vanilla) and balsamic (eucalyptus, mint and black licorice). In mouth it is balanced, with good acidity and input slightly sweet. This is a smooth wine with long body of tannins smooth, with notes of fruit, spices, wood and roasted. Its finish is long and persistent.
East wine, by its structure, is perfect to accompany meats, birds, pork, spicy meals with powerful sauces, stews, red meats, game, lamb and grilled.
