Harveys Pedro Ximénez

One of the premium wines of the Solera system that was established in 1922. Made with PX grape, sunny and passified, selected from Pago de Macharnudo (Jerez Superior). • Visual phase: dark mahogany wine, almost black, with beautiful amber edges on the edges, leaving in the glass tears of great unctuousness. • Olfactory phase: deep and voluptuous aroma to the nose, with a great aromatic balance between shades of pacified fruit and toasted notes. Taste phase: balance between sweetness and acidic, saline and bitter flavors. Pair perfectly with high-intensity blue cheeses, such as Roquefort or Cabrales and desserts.
