its exclusive blend makes it a unique cava that, during 4 years of aging in bottle, consolidates the bright Golden, bubble type rosario, pastries and dried fruit aroma and fruity notes of Apple, pear and pineapple. Cava round, highly complex, derived in a fine set, intense, dry, powerful and very personal. It has a structure that is so strong that it makes it very ductile at the time of the marriage: appetizers, meats (mainly white), fish, cheese, sweet... No sugar added after of the disgorgement, moderate consumption is suitable for diabetics. Pas de Sucre bottles are hand numbered.
