Gran Colegiata Red wine

Gran Collegiata Reserva, is a red wine made in the DO Toro, it is made with Tinta de Toro grapes, from vineyards planted on free standing for more than 60 years. Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels.

Beautiful ripe cherry red with maroon trim, well covered with a layer. The nose is complex and fragrant, highlighting the aromas of red and black fruits (strawberry and blackberry) along with pleasant balsamic and mineral notes. Later, memories of cocoa and toast appear, closing the aromatic route with spicy echoes (laurel and pepper). On the palate it is elegant, smooth, with a magnificent structure and balanced acidity. Wine endowed with tannins of great quality and maturity. Final persistent, in which the mineral notes announced on the nose resurface.
