Gramona La Cuvée Aliances Red wine

Gramona La Cuvée Alliances is made through a manual harvest, in boxes of 25 kilos. The grapes immediately passed through the selection table and then the whole bunches were pressed. Fifty percent extraction was obtained and the different fractions were meticulously separated. Fifteen percent of the base wine, before being bottled for the second fermentation, is aged in 300-litre oak barrels. Once the draft has been made, the bottles rest for a minimum of 24 months in the cellar. Just at the time of disgorgement, a minimum dosage of 3 grams per liter is made.

SIGHT: Straw yellow. NOSE: Pronounced citrus freshness character – lemon and grapefruit. Apple, pineapple. Fennel, fresh grass and white flowers. MOUTH: Friendly entrance, light and very lively body, crunchy and invigorating texture. Very refreshing finish with citrus souvenirs.

Snack cava that can be extended to the rest of the meals. Gastronomic and versatile.
