Olarra Clásico Red wine
In the manner of the classic elaborations of the end of the last century, short vats were carried out in order to maintain the original freshness and the more varietal profiles. Aged for eighteen months in new Missouri oak barrels with periodic racking. After a light clarification with egg white, it was bottled for its ageing period in the bottle.
Medium-high layer, it has a ruby color with cherry hues. Vivid and bright. On the nose, the predominant notes are red fruits, vanilla and spicy tones. More complex aromas (honey, toasted, etc.) begin to take centre stage towards the formation of the bouquet. The palate is firm and smooth on the mid-palate, long and with very frank aromas that persist after being swallowed.
