Eneas Maceración Carbónica Red wine
Eneas Maceración Carbónica is a red wine that has been made by the traditional carbonic maceration system. In order to keep all its properties intact, it has not been clarified or filtered, so it is possible that natural sediments of the wine may appear.
Color almost exclusively purple with less intense tones as we move away from the bulb.
On the nose, the aromatic intensity resides in blackberries and raspberries. The aroma is persistent both in direct olfaction and in backwash, in the exercise of the latter we discover more mature fruits, which touch the compotes. Interestingly, we distinguish cinnamons and vanilla only in backwash.
In the mouth we again perceive blackberries and raspberries, with the addition of a gentle acidity. The taste impressions are long and deep, thanks to the mineral component, the presence of soft tannins and the abundant glycerin.
