Emilio Moro 50 cl. Red wine

Emilio Moro is made from grapes from straws between 12 and 25 years old. Its fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with subsequent aging in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.

Cherry red color, very covered with violet tones. On the nose it is straightforward and elegant with a complex base of ripe black fruits. The aroma is very lively, keeping the freshness after ageing and leaving the tertiaries in the background, enriching the whole. On the palate it is balanced, of great volume and easy passage with a long and persistent aftertaste.

Pair with intense flavour dishes, grilled red meats, feather and fur hunting.
