Preparation: Manual fruit selection table. Very light destemming and crushing to 18,000-litre stainless steel tanks with cooling jacket. Temperature-controlled fermentation. Prolonged maceration and malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels.
Ageing: In new French oak barrels with a capacity of 225 litres, exclusively fine-grained, mainly medium toasted. Barrel time: 18 months. Ageing in the bottle: minimum 18 months.
Elegant burgundy red, covered and of great intensity. Frankish and intense with elegant roasted touches from well-integrated new wood. Hints of cocoa and pipe tobacco. Balanced and with good expressiveness, with the presence of sweet and sweet tannins, well integrated with the fruit and wood. Long and elegant aftertaste
