El Cabronet Red wine

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at 16oC in stainless steel tanks and subsequent aging for 3 or 4 months in French oak barrels of 300 liters capacity. Attractive intense cherry colour, high, glyceric and bright medium layer. Aromas of wild fruits, cocoa with a touch of vanilla and toasted. In the mouth it's very nice. Fruity and silky attack, structure with soft and persistent tannins. Light pastas, vegetable grilling, salad, nachos.
