Glárima Joven Tinto

Elaboration: Traditional method fermenting at less than 25ºC, maceration is carried out over 8 days in stainless steel tanks, and carbonic maceration in the tempranillo variety.

Once the desired objectives have been achieved, proceed to bleeding and pressing. After the malolactic fermentations, the four varieties are assembled.

Aging: Raised on its lees with daily battonage, for 3 months.

Color: Cherry red with very clean-looking violet hues.

Aroma: Medium-high intensity, has a clean and powerful aroma. Where fruity and floral nuances are assembled, which bring complexity, intensity and quality to the wine.

Mouth: Soft, broad and structured attack, rich in nuances, with ample fruity aftertaste.
