Dehesa Canónigos Red wine

Dehesa de los Canónigos is the flagship wine of the winery that bears its name, an assemblage of Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 15 months in American oak barrels, medium roasted, fine grain.

Bright cherry red color and intense ruby border. Aroma of red fruits with touches of wood and chocolate and a souvenir of sour cherries in liquor. Complex and very elegant. Medium-bodied, balanced, smooth, tasty and persistent finish.

It goes well with red meats, sausages and pâtés.
