Altos de Tamarón Red wine

After maceration for 2 days, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 24º C to ensure aromas. The wine spends 3 months in American oak barrels and a subsequent period of 6 months in the bottle where its aging cycle ends.

Intense cherry color with violet tones. Abundant aromas of cherries, plums and red fruits with fine hints of toasted oak, coffee and chocolate. The palate is broad, fruity, with a hint of vanilla, soft tannins and a pleasant, long-lasting aftertaste.

Perfect with lamb chops, pâtés and game meat.
