Dalmau Red wine

Payment Canajas. A centenary vineyard located within our farm Ygay (300 acres that surround the winery). Calcareous clay soil enjoys a large presence of boulders on surface favoring the use of rainwater and optimum ripening of the grapes. At the end of the ripening, we carry out a thinning of clusters. This work consists of the removal of clusters, thus obtaining a selection of clusters of grains with a high degree of complexity and a limited production of no more than one kilo per plant.

Cherry color, intense, clean and bright. Nose clean high intensity with a predominance of a powerful load fruit. Mineral, creamy toasted, toasted notes, coffees, spices, cocoa and balsamic notes accompany her. Very good entry, with an elegant, fleshy and tasty tour. Good balance of acidity-tanicidaz. Long finish, with bitter and very persistent let that returns fruity sensations, smoked and toasted.

Is a great accompaniment to all kinds of red meat and roasted. Excellent with cheeses
