Young white wine made from the Verdejo variety. After a gentle pressing, the must is obtained in the flower. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, which facilitates the extraction and preservation of the primary, fruity and floral aromas, typical of the variety. • Elegant pale yellow colour with greenish reflections. Aromatically attractive for its characteristic notes of tropical fruits, with hints of citrus and herbaceous such as fennel and boxwood. To this we add the freshness, and the perceived kindness in the mouth, prolonging the fruity aftertaste that invites us to continue tasting this wine. Perfect for drinking alone or to accompany it with seafood, fish, even with exotic sauces.
