Cune Club Red wine
The alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in 20,000 kg stainless steel tanks where we alternate different types of pump-up, traditional pump-up, delestage and pigeage. After fermentation, a hot maceration is carried out, the total duration of the incubation being about 18 months. Subsequently and after malolactic fermentation, it begins to age in French (new part) and American oak barrels. This lasts 24 months during which the wine evolves adopting the characteristic notes of the two types of wood. After a natural clarification, the second phase of refining and balancing of the wine takes place, that is, its permanence in the bottle in our drafts for a minimum of 12 months until the moment of going to market.
Dark maroon color, attractive and youthful wine.
On the nose intense aromas of licorice and berries in perfect balance with vanillas, chocolates and balsamics that come from barrel aging.
In the mouth it has a smooth entry, a gentle and silky step, with a fresh and long finish. The retronasal is fruity and greedy, which encourages us to continue tasting it.
Grilled red meats, roasted red meats or small game.
