Tarsus Red wine

Tarsus Reserva is a red wine made with 98% Tempranillo and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It has 25 to 30 days of elaboration at a temperature of between 28º-30º and an aging of 16 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels, mostly new. Complete the aging with a year and a half of rest in the bottle.

Intense pillory red. Aromas of ripe black fruit, coffee and mineral spices, elegant and deep. With smoky and toasted notes. Sweet, voluminous, expressive mouthfeel with a polished and well-integrated tannin, and a gentle and persistent finish.

Ideal with red meat, big game and semi-cured cheeses.
