Tarsus Red wine

Tarsus Reserva is a red wine made with 98% Tinta del País grapes, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon.

It is made for 25 to 30 days at a temperature of between 28º-30º and aged for 16 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels, most of which are new. It completes the ageing process with a year and a half of rest in the bottle.

Intense cherry red colour. Aromas of ripe black fruit, coffee and mineral spices, elegant and deep. With smoky and toasted notes. On the palate sweet, voluminous, expressive with a polished and well-integrated tannin, and with a pleasant and persistent finish.

Ideal with red meats, big game and semi-cured cheeses.
