Cune Club Red wine
The alcoholic fermentation of this wine, Cune Reserva Club, takes place at a controlled temperature in 20,000kg stainless steel tanks where we alternate different types of pump-over, traditional pump-over, delestage and pigeage. After fermentation, a hot maceration is carried out, with the total duration of the vatting being about 18 months. Subsequently, and after malolactic fermentation, it begins to age in French oak barrels (part new) and American oak. This lasts 24 months during which the wine evolves adopting the characteristic notes of the two types of wood. After a natural clarification, the second phase of refining and balancing the wine takes place, that is, its permanence in the bottle in our cellars for a minimum of 12 months until it is time to go on the market.
Dark garnet color, attractive and youthful wine.
On the nose, intense aromas of liquorice and berries in perfect balance with the vanilla, chocolates and balsamic aromas that come from barrel aging.
On the palate it is soft on entry, pleasant and silky, with a fresh and long finish. The retronasal is fruity and sweet, which encourages us to continue tasting it.
Grilled red meats, roasted red meats or small game.
