Aged for 14 months in barrels, 80% French oak and 20% American oak.
Intense red in colour with a garnet red background and purple notes on the rim, it is a wine with a very expressive and intense aroma with a marked fruity character above the wood, almost imperceptible. On the nose there is red and black fruit, in the line of cherry and blackberry, and a sensation of freshness is perceived with light spicy notes in the line of freshly ground black pepper. It also provides mineral memories that bring to mind the smell of fresh roots in the earth. On the palate it is full, enveloping, without troughs, with great fruity sensation and a lot of freshness. The nuances that were perceived on the nose appear, the play of red and black fruit dominates, but the mineral character and the fine spice also emerge, while the aromas are felt again retronasally. Likewise, tannin is present with good quality, marking the youth of the wine, long, with good acidity, which provides a pleasant freshness together with the sensation of fullness.
