Ageing: 15 months in American oak barrels.

Wine an attractive bright cherry red. The nose protruding intense aromas of ripe fruit and spicy notes, pepper, vanilla and cocoa. In mouth it is tasty, with ripe fruit that combines perfectly with fine tannins of the ageing process.

Is a perfect companion for roasts, game dishes and meats, without forgetting the cheese cured and cold meats.
