Chivite 125 Chardonnay White wine

This collection 125 white wine has developed after having chosen and hand harvested grapes of Chardonnay variety that is grown in the unique plots of Atlantic climate and exceptional ground of the farm estate of Legardeta.

As a result of the perfect ripening of the grapes and its artisan production, comes this unique wine, fermented in 39 on its own Lees French oak barrels.

East wine has been produced under the direction of the Professor of Oenology from the University of Bordeaux, Denis Dubourdieu.

Greenish-yellow. Intense nose, herbs, white flower, lemon peel, citric character. Great relief of fruit, mouth with volume, intense, citrusy, great acidity, great length with varietal character, skin of lemon at the end.

Pairs very well with white meats and fish with intense sauces that involve butter.
