Castillo Monjardín Chardonnay White wine

Monjardín Young Chardonnay Castle with the characteristics of a cool climate and high altitude. It has a bright yellow color, fresh and persistent, with tropical notes at the beginning that become citrus at the end of the palate.

It dominates a soft straw golden color, still with greenish tones, clean and transparent. Very pleasant, dominated at first the toasted or roasted barrel, but retaining quite the fresh character of varietal. As the wine is opened, more fruit (banana) appears and the wood softens. Touch acid on the gums and back of the roof of the mouth. It leaves at the end a very pleasant sensation, not excessively intense or prolonged.

Fantastic for appetizer, seafood, sushi, salads, pasta.
