Casal de Armán White wine
Casal de Armán is a white wine with the Rías Baixas designation of origin and made from Albariño grapes. Selection in the vineyard. Cold pre-fermentation maceration of whole grapes. Pneumatic pressing with must separation. Static settling. Fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel. Rest in storage for 9 months. Bottled June-July.
Straw yellow colour and very bright, with greenish reflections, glyceric consistency.
Medium intensity aromas of hay, white flowers, fennel, small stone fruits in season, lychees, notes of peach, balsamic and spring water. Tasty, fresh, unctuous and structured. Sweet with sensations of exotic fruit, grapefruit, fresh herbaceous, menthol and with a perfectly integrated acidity and a long savory finish.
