Carlos Serres 1896 - Finca el Estanque Blanco Reserva is a white wine made with the Viura variety selected from a small plot in the middle of the estate where vines over 40 years old survive in a calcareous soil, shallow and of exceptional quality for the cultivation of the vine. There, we obtain a Viura with a small grain size that allows us to achieve a slow and homogeneous maturation and that maintains a perfect balance between acidity, sugar content and aromatic maturity. Limited production wine.
