Callejo Red wine

The fermentation of grape juice, with native yeasts, starts at low temperature to promote the varietal aromas and end with temperatures close to 30ºc. One-third of the production of this crianza performs the malolactic fermentation in new barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. AGED 12 months in French oak barrels.

View offers an intense color cherry, with a border of Cardinals tones. In the nose it is, very aromatic, with notes of wild red and black fruit, Rosemary, LILACS, scrubland, oregano, cinnamon, confectionery notes. The palate is complex and structured, very integrated wood, very fruity step, black plum and blueberry, fine smoked fish, mineral character with a persistent finish.
