Briego V.S. Red wine
Briego V .S. Roble is made by fermenting the grapes for two weeks in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20º. The winemaking and elaboration processes are carried out following the traditional methodology, which has been used in Ribera del Duero for decades. After going through all the corresponding processes, it rests for about eight months in French and American oak barrels.
Mid-layer, ruby red with light tile tones on top trim. Very bright and clean colour.
Modern cut wine that exalts the qualities of the variety, unctuous and glyceric, fruity ( blackberries, strawberry..) elegant, fine and enveloping.
Its aromas of black forest fruit and red berries are strongly felt in the nose, contrasting with the light toasted oak wraps. Rich in spicy notes and balsamic touches.
