Briego V.S. Red wine
The harvested grapes is left to ferment for two weeks at 20 ° of temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The processes of vinification and production are conducted following the traditional method, which for decades has been used in Ribera del Duero. After passing through all the relevant processes, he rests for about eight months in French and American oak barrels.
