Bosque de Matasnos - Tempranillo Malbec Red wine
They say of Bosque de Matasnos - Tempranillo Malbec that no other winery in the history of the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin had managed to produce a 75% Tempranillo and 25% Malbec wine. Being the first is a wonderful difficulty.
Intense pillory color of very high layer, clean. Very marked tear.
Clean and frank nose, high intensity, black and red ripe fruit, composed of blackberry, blueberries and cassis, subtle cloves. Floral souvenirs from our lavenders. It was very elegant and complex at the same time.
Very pleasant entrance, fresh passage, medium volume, tasty and intense, long and wide towards the end, very fine and persistent tannins. Again black and red fruit, light notes of dried figs, nutmeg, fine vanilla, rich. Cocoa, tobacco and clean leather base.
Wine to drink or store, interesting and with a lot of life ahead.
Perfect to accompany roe stews, beef, mountain stew, red meat, roasted lamb and hard cheeses like those from the land of Castile and León.
