El Pacto Magnum Vino ecológico
El Pacto is the wine that gave rise to Viñedos El Pacto, an ecological red wine that is made with grapes from vineyards located in Baños de Ebro, Villabuena de Álava, Navaridas and San Vicente de la Sonsierra. Made with mostly Tempranillo grapes, and some loose strains of white varieties, Graciano and Mazuelo. Aged for 14 months in 225-litre French oak barrels (60%) and Eastern Europe (20%) and America (20%). 60% are second use and 40% new barrels.
Colour: At a glance, its attractive purple and red hues stand out. It has a high layer, which reveals a great concentration and density.
Nose: Intense and surprising from the first moment for its frank and direct character. It displays a complex aromatic profile, dominated by ripe berries, such as blackberries and blueberries, accompanied by notes of licorice, understory and a spicy background with subtle touches of chocolate that add depth and elegance.
Mouth: It is full and balanced. Its burly structure is combined with surprising freshness, offering a silky and enveloping texture. The notes of fruit reappear strongly, well integrated with the nuances of aging, such as soft toasted and spicy touches, which prolong the memory in a long and harmonious aftertaste.
