Beronia - Edición Limitada Red wine

Beronia Crianza Limited Edition is made from a selection of the best bunches of Tempranillo grapes. After a cold pre-fermentation maceration, it undergoes a slow controlled alcoholic fermentation below 26ºC with periodic pumping over and, subsequently, it is taken to new barrels to carry out malolactic fermentation. The aging is carried out for 12 months in mixed barrels and, once bottled, remains 6 months in bottle before going on the market.

Intense garnet color of high layer with purple trim.

Attractive and elegant, aromas of red fruits such as cherry stand out on a mineral and sweet background. Notes of aromatic herbs also emerge, mainly chamomile; sweet spices and nuts such as almonds.

Very fruity and sweet, with special prominence of chocolate and vanilla, it offers a sweet tannin and a balanced acidity that gives it a great freshness on the palate.

It is ideal to accompany roasts, grilled chops, Iberian sausage, or cured cheeses.
