13 months in French and American oak barrels.

Cherry with deep garnet red colour, clean and bright. Franco on nose, high intensity, with excellent breeding and fruit aromas of ripe well assembled with hints of toffee, coffee, cocoa with Balsamic and spicy notes. In the mouth is soft. Structured and persistent, elegant and smooth thanks to the noble tannins, with a sweet sensation interspersed with the menthol that appear in the aftertaste.

Ideal wine to dishes of all kinds of fish, especially fatty, red meats, stews of hunting and cheeses
