Wine made by Bodegas Mauro, which launches its first Rioja wine on the market. Baynos , which is so called because it is the Latin name of Baños, the town where they make it. It has 90% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano. Fermented in cement tanks and aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, it is a direct wine, with a complex, fruity, very broad nose, full of nuances, where the wood is in the background, but there it is. The mouth is superb, powerful and at the same time fresh.
