Atrium Merlot Red wine

Very dark Cherry colour. Generous flavour, intense and typical of the variety, with notes of very ripe fruit and even (plum, bilberry) jam about truffle and laurel funds. Sweet palate with excellent and sweet tannins that open onto the fruity notes of the aroma. Then, to warm up, it exhibits rich leather and vanilla nuances that evolve into a sensual and persistent finish.

Perfect with veal, pork or wild duck.
