Atrium Merlot Red wine

Atrium Merlot is a red wine made by Bodegas Torres, aged for around 6 months in French oak barrels.

Very dark cherry colour. Generous aroma, intense and typical of the variety, with notes of very ripe fruits and even jams (plum, blueberry) on truffle and laurel backgrounds. A wide and sweet palate with excellent and sweet tannins, which open towards the fruity notes of the aroma. Then, when warmed, it exhibits rich nuances of leather and vanilla that evolve towards a persistent and sensual mouthfeel.

Perfect with veal, pork or wild duck.
