Taking into account the international demand that Bruno Murciano sees every day, where the Moscatel variety is in fashion, and with the interpretation of David Sampedro, faithful to his style of wines and the know-how with the Muscat of the Valsangia family, we made El Novio Perfecto.

Young white wine, 50% Muscat and 50% Viura, where the two varieties are made separately, obtaining a dry Muscat and cutting the fermentation of the Viura to maintain a sugar concentration close to 80 g\/l. This is how we obtain a white wine that, being semi-sweet, is light on the palate, and invites you to repeat, with the unmistakable character of Moscatel but with the freshness and acidity that balances the sweetness.
