Arzuaga Red wine
it dims in boxes, with selection table, destemmed, incubated with hardly any pump, alcoholic fermentation in wood deposit and malolactic fermentation in new barrels of French origin. The ageing in barrels was carried out for 48 months with three rackings in this period. Very intense cherry red colour. Nose: Complex and harmonious full of fruitiness, with noble woods well present but assembled with fruits typical of our Fine Red (conjunction between black fruits and spices). Great splendor full of nuances that evolve as we delight with the wine. Exquisite, sober but elegant, highlighting its unctuousness, it has a nerve that denotes youth. A fine and elegant wine. Roasted, stewed or stuffed birds, stews, sherry kidneys, Galician lamprey, cured cheeses
