Arzuaga Crianza is the winery's flagship. The Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties with which this wine is made belong to the oldest part of the La Planta estate; They are grown at an altitude of 911 metres in clay-calcareous soils, with the limestone bedrock one metre from the surface. Aged for 16 months in French and American oak barrels that make it a fine, delicate and elegant wine.

Intense red cherry colour, dark, with scarlet edges and some subtle violet reflection. Clean, shiny and with a good dense tear. Very intense aromas with a powerful, expressive and fleshy ripe black fruit that appears wrapped in very intense spicy notes, with lots of vanilla, cinnamon, and also exotic spices such as cloves, pepper. Good toast and hints of chocolate and liquorice complete an intense and elegant aromatic set. A wine with power and body, very tasty and fleshy. Intense and broad entry, with a silky, sweet, fresh, very balanced mid-palate. The fruit continues to be the protagonist but the toasting of the wood is more expressive than on the nose. Very well structured and with excellent acidity. Sweet tannins. Very good finish with a very pleasant persistence. An easy-to-drink aged wine, very pleasant and invites you to continue tasting it
