This Amontillado is a benchmark of winemaking. Monovarietal of Palomino grape, has an aging process in American oak boots very vinified by the system of soleras, first as fine under the veil of flower and later and more prolonged without it. This step, due to the large number of scales it has, causes a subtle evolution in its organoleptic characteristics.
Amber with iodized edges, elegant, complex, very evolved nose, with memories of hazelnuts and a passage through the palate very powerful, dry and with long persistence. Its more than forty years of old age and its limited production guarantee an exclusive quality.
