Amaren Blanco Fermentado en Barrica White wine

Fermentation in new French oak barrels.

Its grapes come from strains that are found in part higher vineyards where soil is poor, thus, small clusters that make possible a perfect maturation with a large concentration of nuances. Ageing of 8 months.

Yellow straw, soft and clean. Good aromatic intensity with floral aromas and citrus fruit. Fine minerals and toasted notes. In mouth it is fresh and soft. Light and silky, passage leaves citrus and slightly mineral sensations. Very good acidity. Final round. Very elegant.

Artichokes, grilled Emperor, shrimp fried or breaded, baked white fish.
