Aging: In French oak barrels 100% medium roasted and extra fine grain.
Aging time: 18 months in 225 liter barrels.
Color: High layer with dark background and purple trim.
Nose: Ripe black and red fruits joined by a very spicy balsamic background. Fine touches of cocoa and black licorice. Memories of juniper and thyme forests surrounding this unique plot.
Mouth: Bulky input of ripe fruit, black plums. In the passage we fill the entire mouth with subtle balsamic touches that dance with licorice and blackberries. The end is a memory of a landscape with a strong presence of the land where this plot grows. A ferruginous soil rich in silica and micas that brings finesse and elegance.
