Fermentation: 16 days of Maceration.
Aging: In 100% medium-toasted French oak barrels with extra fine grain.
Ageing time: 18 months in 225-litre barrels.
Color: High layer with dark background and purple edge.
Nose: Ripe black and red fruits joined by a very spicy balsamic background. Fine touches of cocoa and black liquorice. Memories of the juniper and thyme forests that surround this unique plot.
Palate: Voluminous entry of ripe fruit, black plums. In the step it fills our whole mouth with subtle balsamic touches that dance with liquorice and blackberries. The end is a memory of a landscape with a marked presence of the land where this plot grows. A ferruginous soil rich in silica and micas that gives it finesse and elegance.
