Alejairén Blanco White wine

The winery produces Alejairén Blanco Crianza with a very special and almost forgotten variety, Airén, the native white grape of La Mancha. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.

Intense, clean and bright straw yellow color.

Nose rich in nuances. Fantastic aromatic balance. Balsamic and toasted notes predominate along with light and pleasant aromas of stone fruit and attractive notes of aniseed and lantana.

On the palate it has an elegant entry, a broad and unctuous but very fresh mouthfeel, a very long sweet finish with hints of toasted almonds and stone fruit.

Perfect to accompany starters, such as Iberian ham, foie gras as well as rice, pasta and fish.
