The winery produces a white wine with a very special and almost forgotten variety, the Airén, the white grape native to La Mancha. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
Intense straw yellow, clean and bright.
Nose rich in nuances. Fantastic aromatic balance. Balsamic and toasted notes predominate along with light and pleasant aromas of stone fruit and attractive aniseed and lantana notes.
En boca has an elegant entrance, a wide and unctuous but very fresh palate, very long sweet finish with hints of toasted almond and stone fruit.
Perfect to accompany starters, such as Iberian ham, foie gras as well as rice, pasta and fish.
